Returning The Unsatisfactory Item

If you are not happy with your purchase then no worries! You may contact us within 3 days. it must be sent back in its original packaging. Furthermore, any unopened item can be returned to us within 15 days. 

Cancellation

You will be relieved to know that you can cancel any order before its delivery time by simply contacting us. However, as we make sure to ship our products on time, you need to get in touch with us immediately and we will accommodate your request as long as we haven’t shipped your order.

Returning The Damaged Product

If you find a product damaged then you can return it within 4 working days. It needs to be returned in the same packaging.
